Processing time

Please take some time to read our shipping policy before ordering your item.

IMPORTANT NOTE: As our garments are sewn just after purchase in a small family-owned atelier, we need some time to process with your order. Normally it takes 3-15 business days to process and ship your order. Due to high demand your order processing may take a bit longer. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Some of the products can be sent asap (1-2 business days). You can find additional information near the product variant. If you have any special needs for faster delivery, please contact us via Messenger or email info(et) and we will inform you about all the possibilities. 

Due to payment type and company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different.


Shipping costs are automatically charged and will appear at the checkout.

We offer FREE shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein for all orders over 150 CHF. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 2-4 business days of shipping time for the delivery of your order. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back to us directly without contacting us first. Please read our Refund policy.

Multiple orders

If you are ordering more than one different product it may happen that you will receive your order separately, we ship from multiple warehouses, if you receive only one package please allow at least 5 business days for the next package to arrive before contacting us.

You may haven’t received your order yet due to one of the following reasons:

  • Delay with the delivery company
  • Location of the warehouse
  • Custom delays

If you have not received your other item(s) after an indicated period, please contact us by mail info(et) and we will get back to you as soon as possible and resolve this issue.
